zero (pass) or one (fail) and represents the results of the following
tests:

Bit 14: Spare
Bit 13: RTC Comm & Time
Bit 12: DCXO SPI Comm
Bit 11: EEPROM
Bit 10: RAM MSByte
Bit 9: ROM LSByte
Bit 8: RAM MSByte Checksum
Bit 7: ROM MSByte Checksum
Bit 6: 1 KHz Presence
Bit 5: channel 6 correlation test
Bit 4: channel 5 correlation test
