Request Current UTC Offset:
@@BomC<CR><LF>
where:
m = mode 0 = output UTC offset once (polled)
1 = output UTC offset every time it is updated
C = checksum
Message length: 8 bytes
Response to above command:
@@BouC<CR><LF>
where:
u = UTC offset in seconds -128..+127
C = checksum
