surveillance profile
When the unit is set to Surveillance
mode, it DOES NOT turn on its backlight,
make sounds or vibrate. This setting is
designed for public safety, the unit will only
ring through an earbud or headset and will
only show an incoming call message on the
screen.
Find it:

prompted to do so and press
O
.
Note:
Surveillance profile works better
