Checking Delivery Status
To find out whether or not a message was delivered, and, if sowhen
follow the steps below:

To schedule a page for future delivery (up to 6 months in
advance), click on Schedule a Page. A new page appears with
the following fields: Month, Day, Year, Hour, Min. (Minutes)
and AM/PM. Click the down arrows at the end of each field to
select the desired month, day, etc. Then click on the OKbut-
ton to store your selections. (The Cancelbutton closes the
page without saving your selections.)

Type a Subject and a message in the message box.
YoucanclickontheCount Charactersbutton to have the
system tell you the number of characters in your message. The
total includes characters from the "To", "From", and "Subject"
fields as well as system generated characters. You can send text
pages up to 280 characters in length, sent as two sequential 140
character messages.

Click Send Pageto send the message. (The Clearbutton
removes the information from every field.)

A new browser page opens with a copy of your message, the
recipients telephone number and a Claim Number. You can
write down the Claim Number to check on the delivery status
later.

Select Send a Page.

Select Message Statusunder Options (located on the left side
of the browser page).

Enter the Recipient Telephone Number and the Claim Number.

ClickontheMessage Statusbutton. The system will display
the requested information.
