Call Forwarding
Call forwarding sends calls to the phone numbers
you specify. You can forward all calls to one
number or forward missed calls to different
numbers depending on the reason you missed the
call.
Forwarding All Calls
When you set your phone to forward all calls, an
icon appears in the top row of the display:
To forward all calls:
1 From the main menu, select Call Forward >
Forward > All Calls.
2 Select To.
If you specified a forwarding number for all calls
before, this number displays.
To forward calls to this number, press A under
Back.
To delete this number, press O, then press and
hold A under Delete.
3 To enter the number you want to forward calls to:
Enter the number using your keypad. -or-
Press A under Search. Select Contacts,
Recent Calls, or Memo. Select the number you
want to enter.
4 Press O.
All your calls are now forwarded to the number you
specified.
Turning Off Call Forwarding
If you don’t want all your calls forwarded, turn the
feature off:
1 From the main menu, select Call Forward > To.
2 Set this option to Off.
All your calls are now sent to your phone.
Calls you miss are forwarded according to the
options set for missed calls. By default, missed
calls are forwarded to voice mail.
Forwarding Missed Calls
You can specify a forwarding number for each type
of missed call:
•If Busy — Your phone is on a call or transferring
data.

Phone line 1 is active; calls to phone line 1 are
being forwarded.
