Profiles
Setting Call Filtering
The call filtering setting in each profile lets you
control which calls, call alerts, and message
notifications your phone notifies you of, and which
it ignores.
To set call filtering:
1 While setting options for a profile, select Call
Filter.
2 To set filtering options for phone calls, select
Phone.
•Off sets your phone to notify you of all phone
calls.
•All sets your phone to ignore all phone calls.
•All Contacts sets your phone to notify you
only of phone calls from numbers stored in
Contacts.
• Some Contacts sets your phone to notify you
only of phone calls from numbers you select
from Contacts.
3 If you set the Phone option to Some Contacts,
select up to 5 Contacts entries that contain
phone numbers you want to be notified of calls
from.
When you are finished, press A under Done.
4 To set filtering options for Boost
TM
walkie-talkie
calls, select Prvt/Grp.
•Off sets your phone to notify you of all
Boost
TM
walkie-talkie calls.
•On sets your phone to ignore all Boost
TM
walkie-talkie calls.
5 To set filtering options for call alerts, select
Alerts.
•Off sets your phone to notify you of all call
alerts.
•On sets your phone to ignore all call alerts.
6 To set filtering options for message notifications,
select Notifications.
•Off sets your phone to notify you of all
messages.
• Voice Messages sets your phone not to
sound a tone or vibrate when you receive
voice messages.
• Text Messages sets your phone not to sound
a tone or vibrate when you receive text
messages.
•All sets your phone not to sound a tone or
vibrate when you receive any message.
Note: When you receive a type of message you
have set not to sound a tone or vibrate,
the messages notification screen appears
as usual.
7 Press A under Done.
