Specifications
Display 
The display has 3 lines 
•  The 2 topmost displaying information about the status of the set. 
•  The  H at the left indicates that the radio is transmitting with full power 
(5W). Next to it a speaker icon will appear when the radio receives a call or 
transmission. (There are more icons but WFP have not implemented these 
functions as yet). 
•  The second line has a battery indicator that shows the remaining capacity of 
the battery. 
•  The last line indicates which menu is the current one. As default this will 
be the channel menu where, Channel xx indicates the selected channel. 
Keypad 
The keypad is divided into 2 fields: 
•  The top 2 rows are referred to as the menu buttons and the last 4 as the 
number keys. 
•  X (Cancel): Pressing this will reject the present selection and step back up 
in the menu system. 
•  (9) Select/Enter: To confirm a selection. 
•  (ÇÈ) Up/Down arrows have the same function as the rotating selector 
knob on the top. 
•  (Å) Left Arrow will erase the content of the bottom line of the display. 
•  (Æ) Right Arrow will toggle between showing the name and ID number of 
the entries in the contact and status lists. 
•  Alphanumeric keys: Enter selcall numbers for individual radios to call 
(GP380 only).
