Communication Interfaces
The G24/H24 Developer Board includes four serial interfaces (Figure 2-10):
• Primary RS232-1
• Secondary RS232-2
• USB
• Data logger

Each of these serial interfaces is described in the sections that follow.
RS232-1
The 9-pin, D-type RS232-1 serial port (J300) is the primary interface to the G24/H24. The
G24/H24 UART signals are active-low CMOS-level signals (0-2.7 V), which are converted by
the Developer Board to standard RS232 levels for PC communications. The RS232-1 Connector
Pinout (J300) is shown in Table 2-4.
Note: The RS232-1 connector pin names are DTE-oriented.
