Availability Indicators
Setting Your Availability
Note: You can make PTT calls regardless of how you
set availability.
1. Press I .
2. Select
Availability a .
3. Press to select
Do Not Disturb or Available .
Available allows you to make and receive PTT calls.
Do Not Disturb ensures that you will not receive
PTT calls.
Icon Description
(green)
Contact Available—The contact (or one member of the group) can accept calls.
(red)
Do Not Disturb—PTT calls cannot be made to the contact (or any member of the group).
(dim)
Contact Unavailable—The handset is turned off or the contact is not registered with the
voice network.
Group Member is in pending (originator or terminator).
Group Member is in state unknown (awaiting server update).
Group is pending.
Contact is in pending (originator or terminator).
Contact is in state unknown (awaiting server update).
(green)
Group is available.
(dim)
Group is not available.
Group is set to Do Not Disturb (all users in group have presence of Do Not Disturb).
