Sorting Phonebook Entries
Press M > Phonebook, press M > Setup > Sort by, then select
whether you want to sort the phonebook list by Name, Speed No.,
Voice Name, or Email.
When sorting by name, you can view
All numbers or just the Primary
number for each name. To set the primary number for a name, see
page 82.
Tip: In
Primary number view mode, highlight a name and press S
left or right to view other numbers associated with the name.
Setting a Picture ID for a Phonebook Entry
Press M > Phonebook > entry, press M > Edit > Picture
> picture name.

Setting Picture ID View
Press M > Phonebook, press M > Setup > View by > Picture.
Viewing Entries By Category
Press M > Phonebook, press M > Categories, then select whether
you want to view All entries, entries in a predefined category
(
Business, Personal, General, VIPs), or entries in a category you created.
