[Ref. #17030] RALM (Remote Audio Level Meter) streams on Densité cards are sometimes lost
if the Application Servers host name is modified.
[Ref. #5327/5324] It could happen that a Densité frame assigned to m[ore than one Densité
Manager remains assigned to both Densité Managers even after the Densité frame is
removed from one of the Densité Managers. To correct this problem, from iControl
Webmin, stop and then restart the Densité Manager service.
Device Profile Manager
[Ref. #21245] In the Device Profile Managers Import tab, if you choose to import card profiles
from a file, the Physical view remains empty.
Workaround:
Use the Logical view or the Flat view to select the source devices whose
profile you wish to import.
Event/Incident Log
[Ref. #ICONTROL-15922] If you have a network of Application Servers arranged as a
Redundancy Group in which the configured Main server runs on CentOS while the
Backup(s) run on RedHat 9, takeovers may not properly or completely transfer licensing
schemes over to a Backup.
Workaround:
Contact Miranda Technical Support to manage the manual transfer of
licenses from Main to Backup in networks using more than one operating system
(see "Contact Us", on page 69).
[Ref. #28658] In both the Event Log Viewer and Incident Log Viewer, after you select Auto-
update mode, subsequent changes to search criteria are not always propagated to auto-
updated log results.
After upgrading from iControl Version 3.2x (or earlier) to version 3.30 or later, it will not be
possible to view the existing log database content by using the Log Viewer. If you wish to
be able to access these past records, use the Log Viewers export feature to export the data
to a CSV file before upgrading your system.
[Ref. #28189] In the Incident Log Viewer, if you populate the Duration of at least field in the
History area with an existing result’s duration (using the Add to search criteria option in
the results tables shortcut menu), the subsequent search may convert the duration
criterion into seconds and yield no result.
Workaround:
Take note of the duration from the result table row you would like to add to
the search criteria, manually input this value into the Duration of at least field, select the
desired unit of time in the drop-down list, and then click Search.
[Ref. #22187] When the Event Log Viewer should display the full 10,000 events at a time, it
may display only several hundred.
Workaround:
Close the Event Log Viewer, point iControl Navigator to a specific location,
then re-open the Event Log Viewer for the single GSM.
