Incident Logs

• [Ref. #20904] In iControl Navigator’s Incident Template window, when an alarm status

changes, the selection data contained within the table may be lost.

With the introduction of a new Show live statuses check box on the Incident Templates

and the Incident Template Configuration windows, you can choose to disable live

updating of sub-alarm statuses, thus allowing you to process the selections of the table at

your leisure. To disable live updating, clear this check box.

Densité Services

• [Ref. #19004] When you open a service’s control panel by using the ShowInfocontrol

panel command (right-click a device in the Navigator view, and then click Show info

control panel on the shortcut menu) it sometimes happens that the Info tab does not

receive the focus.

Platform and Support

• [Ref. #26218] If you are running iControl version 4.14 or earlier on a Dell PowerEdge-series

Application Server, Imaging Connection Manager services may not stop and start as

directed from the Miranda Monitoring page of iControl.

This is rectified in iControl version 4.30.

iC Router Control

• [Ref. #32450] When your Application Server reboots, you may lose connectivity to your

Nevion VikinX Compact router.

Fixed in Version 4.14

Access Control

• [Ref. #35242] If an Application Server is configured to use the eth1 port instead of eth0,

security features may be disabled.

Densité Services

• [Ref. #35693] When an XVP-3901 control panel is repeatedly opened and closed, iControl

may freeze.

ImageStore

• [Ref. #16966] Clicking the Emergency button in the iControl service panel for the

Imagestore IS300 has no effect.
