Alarms

• [Ref. #30953] iControl introduces the GSM Remote Connector plug-in. This plug-in connects

iControl’s GSM to any device that support the Connector protocol in a language-

independent way (using XML), and in a way in which a third party can initiate a connection

and subsequent requests.

Cycling

• [Ref. #30163] In iControl version 4.13, you can now choose to Stop alarm monitoring by the

cycling engine rather than Pause alarm monitoring. The Stop option allows you to change

the channel manually on a cycling set-top box or even shut it down completely without

causing a mismatch later between a probe’s alarms and the cycling engine’s alarms.
