Viewing the Fast Fact Diagnostic Screens
The diagnostic screens (Figure 8-1) are available via the On-Screen Display
(OSD) video out using a video monitor connected to the OSD Video Out on the
rear of the IRD.
To view the OSD diagnostic screens, press the buttons on the front of the
IRD until the Diagnostic menu appears, and press the ENTER button to access
the Diagnostic menu on the IRD (shown below).
Press the buttons, navigate to the DIAGNOSTIC Menus option, and press
the right arrow key. Selecting ENTER while the cursor is on the Menus option
allows access to the OSD diagnostic screens.
Use the buttons on the front of the IRD to navigate between the Fast Fact
Diagnostic screens while displaying the data to the OSD.
Note: Pressing the ENTER button on the front of the IRD while viewing a particular
OSD diagnostic screen allows for the continued display of the OSD diagnostic
information while allowing the user to navigates thru other front panel menus.
