1. Set debugger preferences.
Select
Edit >sdm Settings from the menu bar of the Metrowerks CodeWarrior
window.
The IDE displays the
Remote Debugging window.

2. Select the Connection.
For example, select
56800E Local Hardware Connection (CCS).
3. Click OK button.
4. Debug the project.
Use either of the following options:
• From the Metrowerks CodeWarrior window, select
Project > Debug.
•Click the
Debug button in the project window.
