2.3.2 On Board Memory
Figure 2-4 and Figure 2-5 show the interface of the on-board
memory. The ADS is equipped with 4Mx32-bit SyncFlash and
16Mx32-bit SDRAM. The chip select CS3 (CSD0) and CS2
(CSD1) are used for SyncFlash and SDRAM chip select
respectively.
