‘Make Sure’ Checklist
If you’re having problems, here is a quick list to verify that
you’ve checked everything before you call us.
Make Sure that all your cable and electrical connections are fi rmly
connected to all equipment including your television and wall outlets.
Make Sure your television is on channel 3.
Make Sure your remote is in cable mode by pressing the CABLE button.
Make Sure there aren’t any obstructions between your Digital Receiver
and your remote control.
Make Sure your batteries are still fresh and functioning. Replace them
if they’re old.
Make Sure any wall switches that control the electrical outlets to
equipment or your television is plugged in, and in the “on” position.
