a. Select Query the communication settings from the ICE through a serial
port and click Next. The serial settings fields become active.
b. Use these fields to select the serial port you want to connect to, and set a
timeout value in seconds. Communication settings, such as the emulator’s
dynamically assigned IP address and other settings, are retrieved and
displayed automatically.
