Background Debug Mode (BDM)
NOTE:
DUMP does not check for a valid address; it is a valid command
only when preceded by
NOP, READ, or another DUMP command.
Otherwise, an illegal command response is returned.
NOP can
be used for intercommand padding without corrupting the
address pointer.
The size field is examined each time a
DUMP command is processed, allowing the operand
size to be dynamically altered.
