LaserWriter Pro
810
The LaserWriter Pro 810
ships with 8 MB of soldered
memory. You can expand the
memory to a total of 32 MB
by installing Memory
Expansion boards.
Note: Once you have upgraded your
printer’s memory, you need to reconfigure
the printer driver to take advantage of the
additional memory as follows:
1) Open the Chooser’s Setup box.
2) Click More Choices in the Setup box.
3) Click Configure.
4) Choose the options installed on your
printer and click OK.
Note: Always fill the lowest numbered banks
first. It doesn’t matter in what order the 4
MB or 8 MB memory boards are installed as
long as the lower banks are filled first.
Note: You cannot use RAM from another
laser printer with a LaserWriter Pro 810.
The LaserWriter Pro 810 uses special
Memory Expansion boards.
