DRAM DIMM must be
installed for the computer to
operate.
You can expand the memory to
a total of 768 MB using 5-
volt, 64-bit-wide, 168-pin
fast-paged mode or EDO
DIMMs.

DRAM DIMMs can be installed
individually; however, to provide maximum
performance, install the DIMMs in matching
pairs and in paired slots (A4 and B4 first,
then A3 and B3, etc.).
Note:
The Single In-Line Memory Modules
(SIMMs) used in previous Macintosh models
are NOT compatible with the Workgroup
Server 9650. This computer supports +5V
DIMMs only.
VRAM Note:
The Workgroup Server 9650
comes standard with 4 MB of VRAM on the
video card. There is no VRAM soldered on the
logic board and no VRAM slots are on the logic
board.
