Total memory can be
expanded to 256 MB.
IMPORTANT: Do not use
composite SIMMs in the AWS
95.

same size or leave the bank empty (no
partially filled banks).

Note: AWS 95 systems are shipped from
Apple with 9-bit parity DRAM installed.
Standard non-parity DRAM can be installed
however, parity checking is disabled when
non-parity DRAM is present.
Note: Use 80 ns or faster VRAM SIMMs. The
AWS 95 uses only 256K of each 512K VRAM
SIMM installed.

soldered DRAM. A total of 16
MB of memory (two 8 MB
SIMMs) is standard.
