3. Display shows CONFIRM? . Press m.
4. Press > to return to standby.
4.10 Copy phonebook to another handset
1. Press m twice.
2. Scroll d to PB TRANSFER and press m.
3. Scroll u or d to the number of the handset you want
the phonebook copied to. Press
m.
On the receiving handset:
1. TRANS. FROM: HANDSET X (where X is the handset number
of the sending handset) is displayed.
Press
m to start the copying process.
2. When DONE! is displayed on both handsets, press > to
return to standby.
NOTE
If an entry with the same name and number is already stored
in the receiving handset, it will not be copied across.
4.11 To assign a Direct Memory call
number
1. In standby mode, press m twice.
2. Scroll d to DIRECT MEM and press m.
3. Scroll u or d to Key 1 (.) or Key 2 (/) then press
m.
4. Display shows Key1 . Press m to confirm.
5. Press m to select ADD to assign the fast call number
to the key. Number can only be assigned from the
phonebook and cannot be entered manually.
6. Press > to return to standby mode.
4.12 To clear a Direct Memory call
number
1. In standby mode, press m twice. The first entry is
highlighted on the display.
2. Scroll d to DIRECT MEM and press m.
3. Scroll u or d to Key 1 (.) or Key 2 (/) then press
m.
4. Display shows Key1 . Press m to confirm.
5. Press m and press d. The display shows DELETE .
6. Press m and the display shows CONFIRM? . Press
m.
7. Press > to return to standby mode.
