5. When the message “ Copy Phonebook? ” appears on the
destination handset, press
Yes on the handset to start
the copy process.
6. Copy is completed when the message “ <Name> copied ”
appears on the display. Press
O to return to standby
mode.
NOTE
If an entry with the same number is already stored in the
receiving handset, it will not be copied.
4.10 To assign a ringtone
1. In standby mode, press D. The first entry is highlighted
on the display.
2. Enter the first letter of the name to search alphabetically
then scroll
U or D to the exact entry. Press Options .
3. Scroll D to Ringtone and press Select .
4. Scroll U or D to the ringtone you want and press
Select . The ringtone is saved.
5. Press O to return to standby mode.
4.11 To delete an entry
1. In standby mode, press D. The first entry is highlighted
on the display.
2. Enter the first letter of the name to search alphabetically
then scroll
U or D to the exact entry. Press Options .
3. Scroll D to Delete Entry and press Select .
4. Display shows Delete <Name>? . Press Yes to confirm.
5. Press O to return to standby mode.
4.12 To assign a fast call number
1. In standby mode, press D. The first entry is highlighted
on the display.
2. Enter the first letter of the name to search alphabetically
then scroll
U or D to the exact entry. Press Options .
3. Scroll D to Fast Call and press Select .
4. Scroll U or D to Key 1 (.) or Key 2 (/) then press
Select .
5. Display shows Assign . Press Select to confirm. The fast
call number is assigned to the key.
6. Press O to return to standby mode.
4.13 To clear a fast call number
1. In standby mode, press D. The first entry is highlighted
on the display.
