In addition to Gmail, your device supports the
following account types: POP3, IMAP and
Corporate Sync (Exchange).
To set up an email account:
1: From the home screen, touch the
Applications Tab.
2: Touch Email.
3: Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the
setup.

Exchange Server name and your Domain. Once you have
set up your email sync, your corporate contacts and
calendar will also automatically sync.
If you would like your Gmail to be merged with your other
personal and corporate email accounts, you must add your
Gmail account to the Email application. Otherwise, it will
remain separate, within the Gmail app. Adding your Gmail
account to the Email application essentially provides you
with a universal inbox.
Corporate Calendar
DROID by Motorola lets you keep up
with your corporate calendar too! Set up
new events, see calendar reminders, and
more. You can even add the Corporate
Calendar as a widget to your home
screen.
When you set up your corporate email
(Exchange) account within the Email application,
your Corporate Calendar will automatically be set
up as well. However, you will need to launch
the Corporate Calendar application to initiate
first sync after you’ve set up your corporate
email account.
