Using the Menu
The message center lets you compose and send text
messages. A
flashing cursor
shows where text will appear:
When you enter text, the flashing cursor changes to a
block cursor
, and the soft key functions change:
Msg:
CANCEL BROWSE
Press
BROWSE

to view and
insert a name,
number, or
message from
previously
stored
information.
Press
CANCEL

)
to exit without
making changes.
Flashing
cursor
indicates
insertion
point.

to open the
sub-menu.

DELETE OK

to accept
and store
the text.
Press
DELETE

to delete the character
to the left of the insertion
point.
Block
cursor
indicates
current
highlighted
character.
After two seconds, the
block cursor reverts to a
flashing cursor and moves
to the next position.
