Making and Answering Calls
Calling With Speed Dial
Each entry you store in your phonebook is assigned a
unique
speed dial number. To speed dial a phonebook
entry:

To call phonebook entries 1 through 9, just press and hold
the one-digit speed dial number for one second.
We recommend that you reserve phonebook entry 1
(speed dial number 1) for storing and dialing your
voicemail number. In many cases, your service provider
has already done this for you. If necessary, see page 69 to
store your voicemail number for one-touch dial access.
Calling a Number In a Text
Message
To call a phone number embedded in a text
message that you receive:
Press To
1 keypad keys enter the speed dial number
for the entry you want to call

# submit the number

N call the entry
