permit indicates accept the advertisements.

no-export is the name of a well-known community.
6. To filter routes based on a community list, use the community-list
command in
Router BGP Configuration mode, as shown below:
MOT(config-bgp)#ip community-list <community-list-number> {permit |
deny} {<community-numbers> | no-export | no-advertise | local-as | internet}
where:
community-list-number identifies a community list.
community-numbers is a number that identifies a community.
no-export is the name of a well-known community.
no-advertise is the name of a well-known community.
local-as indicates the well-known community Local-AS.
internet is the name of the Internet community.
