FAQs
Why can’t I connect my wireless network? Make
sure that Airplane mode is off in the power menu
(press and hold the Power button).
Why can’t I connect to my 3G network? Try
turning your phone off and back on, to make your
phone search for the best local network.
Why can’t I hear sound? While you are on a call or
playing a media file, press the up volume key up.
Crash Recovery
If your phone stops responding, try a quick reset:
Remove the battery (“Assemble & Charge” on
page 2), then put it back in and turn on your phone.
