Searching for a Site
The display shows SITE XX when you press the
programmable site view button if your SmartZone
radio has not received the current site’s ID from
the control channel.
1 Do one of the following:
• Momentarily press the
preprogrammed Search button.
The display shows the number or
name of the affiliated site, followed
by the Received Signal Strength
Indicator (RSSI) level of the site.
OR
• Press and hold the preprogrammed
Search button.
The display shows SCANNING SITE
until the radio affiliates with a new
site. The number of the new site is
then displayed.
2 The home display is automatically
returned.
