Personalized Settings
User-settable phone options are set to their default values when you receive your phone. You can use
the default settings or adjust phone features to your own preference.
Changing the Wake-up Greeting
When you turn on your phone, it greets you with a text message. You can personalize this wake-up
greeting to say whatever you like.
Changing the Banner
When your phone is inactive, it displays a brief text message (such as Ready).
Note: Banner text does not appear in your phone’s external display.
Find the Feature M > Settings > Other Settings > Personalize > Greeting

The greeting field is two lines, with 16 characters per line.

Find the Feature M > Settings > Other Settings > Personalize > Banner
Press To

keypad keys enter the banner text
The banner field is one line and contains 12 characters.
