OTHER NOTES
The minimum line-of-sight range for
Secure Bluetooth Commport is 30 feet.
However, the body tends to obstruct the
signal, therefore the normal usage range is
6’ around your body.
When the headset and adapter exceed the
range of the wireless system, Mission
Critical Device issues an alert sound,
indicating that the wireless system is not
operational. The link is automatically
restored once the units are back within
communication range. However, if the
device has been out of range for more than
5 minutes, the headset/POD will shut off to
conserve battery power.
