Turning the LED Indicators On or Off
You can enable and disable the LED Indicators if needed.
Procedure:
1 Sg to access the menu.
2 PorQf or h to Utilities and press Ng to
select.
3 PorQf or h to Radio Settings and press
Ng to select.
4 PorQf or h to LED Indicator and press Ng
to select.
5 Select Turn On. Press Ng to enable the LED Indicators.
The display shows All LEDs On.
OR
Select Turn Off. Press
Ng to disable the LED
Indicators. The display shows All LEDs Off.
The display backlight, buttons and/or keypad backlighting are
automatically turned off if the LED Indicators are disabled (see
Controlling the Display Backlight on page 72).
Turning the Introduction Screen On or Off
You can enable and disable the Introduction Screen if needed.
Procedure:
1 Sg to access the menu.
2 PorQf or h to Utilities and press Ng to
select.
3 PorQf or h to Radio Settings and press
Ng to select.
4 PorQf or h to Intro Screen and press Ng
to select.
5 The display shows Turn On. Press Ng to enable the
Introduction Screen. The display shows Intro Screen On.
OR
The display shows Turn Off. Press
Ng to disable the
Introduction Screen. The display shows Intro Screen
Off.
