Escalating Alarm Tone Volume
You can program your radio to continually alert you when a
radio call remains unanswered. This is done by automatically
increasing the alarm tone volume over time. This feature is
known as Escalert.
Procedure:
1 Sg to access the menu.
2 PorQf or h to Utilities and press Ng to
select.
3 PorQf or h to Radio Settings and press
Ng to select.
4 PorQf or h to Tones/Alerts and press Ng
to select.
5 PorQf or h to Escalert and press Ng to
select.
6 The display shows Turn On. Press Ng to enable
Escalert. The display shows Escalert On.
OR
The display shows Turn Off. Press
Ng to disable
Escalert. The display shows Escalert Off.
Call Log Features
Your radio keeps track of all recent outgoing, answered, and
missed Private Calls. Use the call log feature to view and
manage recent calls.
You can perform the following tasks in each of your call lists:
• Store alias or ID to Contacts
• Delete
Viewing Recent Calls
The lists are Missed, Answered, and Outgoing.
Procedure:
1 Sg to access the menu.
2 PorQf or h to Call Log and press Ng to
select.
3 PorQf or h to preferred list and press Ng to
select.
4 The display shows the most recent entry at the top of the
list.
5 PorQf or h to view the list.
Press the PTT button to start a Private Call with the current
selected alias or ID.
