This warranty is given by Motorola Solutions Australia Pty Limited (ABN 16 004 742 312) of Tally Ho
Business Park, 10 Wesley Court. Burwood East, Victoria.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods
fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Motorola Solutions service or sales representative, or an authorized Motorola Solutions dealer.
Express Service Plus (ESP) is an optional extended service coverage plan, which provides for the
repair of this product for a period of three years from the date of shipment from the factory, or the date
of delivery if purchased from an authorized Motorola Solutions two-way radio dealer. For more
