Malfunction Probable Cause Corrective Action
No WiFi connection. WiFi was not configured
as required.
Div/WiFi cable is not
connected.
No LTE connection. Device has not yet been
activated on the LTE net-
work.
SIM card is not inserted/
damaged.
LTE cable (from Main
antenna) is not connect-
ed.

Verify that the GPS LED is blinking orange and
then changes to solid green.

Connect the WiFi/Div cable (See Installing
Antenna Cables).

Verify that the WiFi LED is blinking/solid green.
NOTICE: The following steps assume
your network manager or service provider
created a subscription for the LTE
service.

Locate ICCID (the identifier for the LTE SIM
card) or PSN (the device serial number) which
is printed on a sticker affixed to the VML750
casing.

Contact the network manager or technical
service department and report the ICCID or the
PSN number.

Verify that your device has been activated on
the LTE network. See
Powering Up the
Modem.

Insert a new SIM into relevant SIM slot. See
Installing the SIM.

Close the SIM door.

Turn the VML750 On.

Verify the LTE LED is blinking orange/green
and then change to solid green.

Connect the LTE cable (See Installing
Antenna Cables).

Verify that the LTE LED is blinking orange/
green and then changes to solid green.

If the above actions do not help, check the
connection between the jumper and the thread
cable.
