Unlocking the Forgotten Password Radio
Procedure:
1 Turn your radio on.
2 Once the Motorola Solutions logo appears, within 10 seconds, press the 1-Dot Programmable
Feature button five times in succession.
Your radio shows the following indications:
• A beep tone sounds.
• The top display shows your radio version numbers and subscriber-specific information.
• Your radio resets and enters the Front Display test mode.
3 Select Reboot to Recovery→OK→Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
4 Once your radio shows Data wipe complete, power-cycle your radio.
5 If your radio is synchronized with your Google account, from the Verify PIN screen, select Use
my Google account instead and go through the Setup Wizard steps.
NOTE: If your radio is not synchronized with your Google account, your radio directly
shows the home screen.

Setting Languages
Procedure:
From Settings, tap Languages→<required Languages>.
If the selected language is not supported by the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) setting, the selected
language will revert to English whenever your radio operates in LMR setting.
8.9
Audio Settings
This section contains information on Audio Settings for Long Term Evolution (LTE) and Land Mobile
Radio (LMR) system.
If there is concurrent audio coming from both LTE and LMR system, your radio prioritizes the audio
from LMR system.
Depending on your radio Audio Settings when using a microphone, the LTE Audio may go on silent.
