Icon Name Description
Converged LMR A converged channel that linked both LMR and
WAVE. The icon indicates that the current talk-
group is using the LMR transport.
Converged WAVE A converged channel that linked on both LMR
and WAVE. The icon indicates that the current
talkgroup is using the Broadband transport.
Dynamic Group Num-
ber Assignment
(DGNA)
Allows the console to assign and remove a new
talkgroup from your radio over the air.
Direct The radio is configured for direct radio-to-radio
communication in conventional operation.
High Volume Data The radio is receiving high volume data and the
channel is busy.
Monitor The selected channel is being monitored in con-
ventional operation.
Power Level Off – The radio is set at high power.
On – The radio is set at low power.
Response Inhibit Prevent your radio from responding to any in-
coming transmissions.
Receiving The radio is receiving a call or data.

Strength Indicator
(RSSI)
The number of bars represents the received
signal strength of the current site in trunking
and conventional mode.
Roaming Site Roaming feature is enabled.
Transmit Inhibit The radio is blocking all transmissions.
Scan The radio is scanning a scan list.
Scan Priority 1or
Scan Priority 2
Blinking Dot- The radio is in Scan Priority 1.
Steady Dot – The radio is in Scan Priority 2.
Secure Blinking – The radio is receiving an encrypted
voice call.
Steady – The radio is operating in a secure
channel.
Shared Frequency The radio is locked, allowing control channel to
be shared.
