You can start giving commands to your radio by pressing
and holding the Voice Control button. For example, you
can say things such as:
• "Go to Zone Z and Channel C"
•
"What is my zone and channel?"
• "What is my volume?"
• "Start scanning"
• "What is my battery level?"
• "What time is it?"
• "Change to M mode"
ViQi
ViQi functions with the Voice Control feature to provide
critical information through common query searches and
dialog interaction.
The ViQi retrieves important information from the database
without having to access another device, vehicle, or even
wait for the dispatcher to run a query for you. You can also
customize your request and the desired response to ensure
an accurate delivery of information.
ViQi is activated only with Press and Hold of the Voice
Interface Button (VIB).
