Procedure: Turn the preprogrammed 16-Position Select Knob to the desired channel. OR Follow the procedure below. 1 < or > to Chan. 2 Press the Menu Select button directly below Chan. 3 U or D to the required channel.
OR Use the keypad to enter the channel number.
4 If the channel number entered is unprogrammed, the display
shows Invalid entry. Repeat Step 3. OR Press the Menu Select button directly below Sel to confirm the selected channel.
5 Press the PTT button to transmit on the displayed zone
channel.
OR Follow the procedure below.
1 < or > to ChUp or ChDn. 2 Press the Menu Select button directly below ChUpor ChDn. 3 Press the PTT button to transmit on the displayed zone and
channel.
Note: Positions of ChUp and ChDn on the display may differ
each time you release the Menu Select button. Read carefully before you press.
