9.15. Security Functionality
This section describes the interface as it relates to security.
9.15.1.1. Lock io200
The TERMINAL can lock various io200 facilities, thus requiring the TERMINAL to supply a
password to unlock the facility. The iDEN io200 does not support all the facilities defined in
GSM (most notable is call barring), thus the TERMINAL should query the baseband for
supported facilities as shown below. In addition since various facilities can have variable
password length, the TERMINAL should query the facility password length using 0 .
