X-Pad does not
decode the
SCAN input
The capture frame
does not cover the
entire barcode symbol
Capture again and make sure
that the entire barcode symbol
is covered
The Imager window is
blocked
Clean the window with a lint
free, soft dry cloth.
If the Imager window is badly
scratched, send for service
Make sure that the correct bar-
code symbology is being used
