• Wide Area Network (WAN) communication:
1. An optional GPRS radio module provides coverage
within cellular infrastructure.
2. An optional DataTAC radio module provides coverage
within DataTAC network infrastructure.
3. An optional iDEN radio module provides coverage
within iDEN network infrastructure.
It is also possible to use GPRS and WLAN communication by
installing both radios within the HDT 600. In such case the HDT
600 software switches between radios when moving from one cov-
erage area to another.
