about the missed commit time.

Missed Commit Alert Screen

1. Enter new ETA and Select Missed Commit Reason screen appears.

Select Missed Commit Reason

1 – Received past commit time

2 – Packages not ready

3 – Incorrect pickup address

4 – Delayed in traffic

5 -

0 – Other

2. Select one of the four options, or O (“Other”). The Missed Commit Reason Key Entry

screen will appear.

3. Enter additional information at the Missed Commit Reason Key Entry screen if necessary.

4. To send the completed message, press Enter è and press Soft key ¤ to select “Yes” to

respond to the question, “OK to Send Y/N?”
