5. Verify or key enter information in the On Demand Event Pickup Detail screen.
Notes:
• Once the On Demand event is pre-recorded, the ETA can’t be modified until you receive a
new ETA alert.
• If you have the event number, enter it. Otherwise, the DIAD automatically assigns an event
number.
• If the dispatch site sends the message, most fields will already be filled. If you initiate the
communication, then you will need to enter the appropriate details.
6. Press Big Arrow Down . The On Demand Event Pickup Summary screen will appear.

7. Enter data as you would with any unscheduled pickup.
8. Press Big Arrow Down . The ODS Pickup Package Level Detail screen will appear.
