The ASD revenue fields display ASD totals. These fields only display if cash or checks are

associated with the scanned ASD.

9. The “Cash Due” field displays total cash due at this Letter Center stop. Non-ASD totals do not

display.

10. Follow normal stop complete and Letter Center routine.

Note: For prepaid ASDs, leave the credit indicator at “Y.”

Note: If you are unable to complete the pickup for any reason, use Soft key ¤ to select

“NonPU”. The Non-Pickup Menu will appear.
