7. If you are not going to deliver the misloaded package, follow the steps to record a missed

package.

• Select “Non-Del” and then press 1 (“Other”).

• Press Big Arrow Down and press “D” (“Missed”).

8. Record your next package or complete the stop.

Selecting the Preload Communications Load Screen

Use the Preload Communications Load screen for information on the package car load in general.

1. From most Delivery, Pickup, or Statistics Card screens, except the Delivery Package screen,

press Soft key ¤ beneath “PreComm”.

2. The Preload Communications Load screen will display.

3. The Preload Communications Load screen describes the quality of the package car load in

general. Press Soft key ¤ beneath “Yes” or “No” as required to answer questions.

4. If necessary, you can enter and edit any additional “Comments” information, up to 71

characters.

5. Press Big Arrow Up to return to the previous screen.
