Special Counts Screen

The Special Counts screen allows you to keep track of specific events.

1. From most Delivery, Pickup, or Statistics Card screens, or at the Package Type Screen, press

Soft key ¤ beneath “Splcnts”.

2. The Special Counts screen will display.

3. Use Big Arrow Up and/or Big Arrow Down to select move the cursor to appropriate

field, and enter information.

Special Counts Screen Definitions:

• ARS—Number of Authorized Return Service packages picked up.

• Special 1—Number of CDS packages requiring key-entered additional package detail.

• Special 2—Number of calls made to CSC to report tracking information on deliveries or

exceptions.

• Special A—Number of packages delivered that weighed over 70 lbs.

• Special B—Number of packages picked up that weighed over 70 lbs.

Important Note: Check local guidelines for recording Special A and Special B packages.
