Paper Delivery Record Screen Definitions:

• Gross Pkgs This Stop—Includes all packages delivered to this stop whether recorded on

DIAD, PPRS (pre-recorded), or Delivery Information Record.

• Total Pkgs Handwritten by Driver—Number of packages handwritten by driver either on

the Delivery Information Record or on customer copy.

2. Enter gross packages for this stop.

3. Enter total packages recorded on paper.

4. Press Big Arrow Up to return to the Delivery Package screen.

5. Record your next package or complete the stop.

Delivery Confirmation

The Delivery Confirmation screen appears after you scan or key enter a green Delivery

Confirmation tracking label. These labels are used by shippers without automated shipping systems.

• Shipper #—Shipper number on the package.

• Tracking #—Tracking number on the package.

• Alt Ctrl #—Alternate control number that a shipper may be using to track the package.

• Sig Req’d—“Y” is default.

• Msg—For messages.
