Editing a Completed Stop and Tracking Information

Completed Stop

1. From “Street #” field on Delivery Address screen, highlight last line and press Soft key ¤

beneath “Edit” to access the stop. Big Arrow Down displays Delivery Package screen.

Package Tracking Information

1. In the Delivery Package screen, move the cursor to the shipper number to be edited.

2. Highlight next to last line and press Soft key ¤ beneath “Edit” to access Package Edit screen

to view and edit information.

Package Edit Screen Definitions

• Shipper/ID#—Shipper number and identification number of the package.

• 1Z/3Z Tag #—Shipper number, service class, and package reference number.

• Tracking #—Tracking number (PTN).

• Delivery Conf #—Delivery Confirmation control number from the Delivery Confirmation label.

• Cons Billing #—Consignee Billing tracking number from the Consignee Billing label.

• Edit Addl Info —This package has additional information (PO#, Dept#, or Ref#).

• Saturday Pkg —Will only appear if the DIAD is used for Saturday delivery.
